So what’s all this ‘apprenticeship’ stuff about?

You want young, enthusiastic talent that you can mould and develop for your business right? The answer might be to hire an apprentice. A growing number of companies are doing so, with 96 per cent of businesses reporting benefits from their apprentices.

Employers (who have not yet taken on an apprentice in the last year) may be eligible to receive a VAT FREE GRANT of £1,500.

Not ready for an apprentice…..well a traineeship is a training programme with work experience that unlocks the great potential of young people and prepares them for their future careers by helping them to become ‘work ready’.  At its core are English and maths qualifications and a high quality work experience placement giving 16-24 year olds the skills and experience that employers are looking for, helping them secure an apprenticeship or other job in the future.
