Small Business is international success!

FOODLYNX ( Unit 6) have been nominated for two awards at the South Wet International Trade Awards 2013.  The Company, who won ‘Best New Business’ at the Open4 Business Awards 2012, is now a finalist for ‘Best Newcomer’ and ‘Best International Distributor’ at the awards ceremony, to be held in Bristol on 12th June.

Foodlynx sell British food to foodservice companies and are also distributors for major supermarket chains in Mediterranean Europe, under the ”Gold Hill” brand.  They are sole distributors in Europe for the nationally renowned Braces brand of Bread.

This year the company has started new trade agreements in Greece, Gibralta, and the Islands of Rhodes, Corfu, Malta, and Majorca as well as growing existing business in Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands.

Steve is proud of his accomplishments and has seen a 120% increase in business so far this year.
