The Wincombe Centre offers a variety of office space to businesses between 1-8 employees.

EASY IN EASY OUT EXPERIENCE

Our fully managed centre provides exceptional flexibility compared to conventional business space opportunities. We aim to provide a friendly, supportive environment which will give you the freedom to focus on growing your business.

We keep things simple:

  • Pay a deposit – equivalent to 5 x weekly licence fee
  • Pay a one off admin fee £60+VAT – to set up your unit security
  • Sign a simple 2 page Licence Agreement
  • Pay four weekly in advance

MOVE IN!

We will invoice you four weekly thereafter, until such time that your circumstances change and then you need only give two weeks’ notice to move out or relocate within the centre.

  • Weekly Licence Fees (from as little as £40 +VAT per week) include:
  • Utilities
  • Office waste disposal / recycling
  • Maintenance
  • FREE on site parking
  • External Repair
  • Buildings Insurance
  • Invites to Networking events
  • Use of communal breakout, kitchens and patio areas

NOT included are:

  • Furniture
  • Phones and Broadband (although we can help you with our fibre speed shared line for only £25.00 + VAT per month)

April Print have been at Wincombe Business Centre for over three years and in that time have changed offices several times. The flexibility offered by the centre is great, you can upgrade, down grade at two weeks notice. One licence fee every four weeks with no worries about utility bills. The units are alarmed and fully secure.
In three years we have seen the centre expand and this is in part due to Wendy, the manager, who is very helpful and does her job exceedingly well.

My Wincombe Centre office works for my business better than I could ever have envisaged.  I now am able to see my clients in a professional environment and should the need arise I am able to hire the Meeting Room at very reasonable rates.  The charging systems are clear and concise with all utility costs included in the rental charged.  The offices are of various sizes and I know that should I outgrow my existing office I will be able to move to a larger unit as soon as one becomes available.
