The Wincombe Centre offers a variety of office space to businesses between 1-8 employees.

EASY IN EASY OUT EXPERIENCE

Our fully managed centre provides exceptional flexibility compared to conventional business space opportunities. We aim to provide a friendly, supportive environment which will give you the freedom to focus on growing your business.

We keep things simple:

  • Pay a deposit – equivalent to 5 x weekly licence fee
  • Pay a one off admin fee £75 +VAT – to set up your unit security
  • Sign a simple 2 page Licence Agreement
  • Pay four weekly in advance

MOVE IN!

We will invoice you four weekly thereafter, until such time that your circumstances change and then you need only give two weeks’ notice to move out or relocate within the centre.

  • Weekly Licence Fees (from as little as £50 +VAT per week) include:
  • Utilities
  • Office waste disposal / recycling
  • Maintenance
  • FREE on site parking
  • External Repair
  • Buildings Insurance
  • Invites to Networking events
  • Use of communal breakout, kitchens and patio areas

NOT included are:

  • Furniture
  • Phones and Broadband (see below)
  • Business Rates*

*Business Rates are excluded in order to enable you to take advantage of the SMALL BUSINESS RATES RELIEF SCHEME.

Services offered:

  • Broadband Service –    £20 + VAT Set up fee / £25 + VAT per month for a managed service.
  • VOIP phone package – £50 + VAT set up fee including new phone number. A charge is made in order to port over an existing number. £20 + VAT per month inclusive of 2000 minute inclusive allowance to 01,02,03 and 07 mobile numbers. Handset costs vary (£75-£100)

The facilities here are exceptional value for money! With a communal kitchen two doors down the hallway, recycling facilities and a fabulous Centre Manager who is always on hand and more than willing to help sort out issues at the drop of a hat. The Centre has a homely feel and friendly atmosphere and holds quarterly networking lunches for FREE which are well organised and attended - not to mention the lovely food! In addition to this, we have a Centre Mascot “Graham”, the resident Orang-utan who has a habit of popping up in the most unusual of places. Wendy, the Centre Manager is always willing to assist and participate in any promotional or charitable events that businesses on site may wish to hold.

The working environment is excellent, and location of the Centre makes it easy to access the town's facilities and provides excellent access to key transport routes. Not only is the Centre well maintained throughout, but it is clear that there is real will to make worthwhile ongoing improvements too. Its smart enough for us to feel 'proud' when we have client visits, but not so smart that license fees need to be unaffordable.

Having a centre manager on hand is an absolute boon - a happy face to ensure things are always dealt with promptly and keep us tenants in line! After 3 years we can't imagine finding a better home!
