Great news for small businesses in the budget – the Business Rate Relief holiday will be extended for another year! 100% rates relief for all eligible businesses with a rateable value of up to £6,000 until Sept 2012 – and that’s all but one of our units!

There is also a moratorium that means no new regulation on businesses with fewer than 10 staff for three years and the rate of Corporation Tax will be cut by 2% in April.
