Are you looking for office space in North Dorset without the long term lease? At The Wincombe Centre in Shaftesbury, Dorset we offer easy-in / easy-out office space for start-up businesses, solopreneurs and business owners looking for high quality, flexible office space.
Simple Licence Agreements mean that you can take business space with as little risk as possible and real flexibilty. We require just two weeks notice to end a Licence but you can stay as long as they like and even upsize or downsize within the centre easily.
Whether you're meeting clients, planning projects or training staff, our two bright and versitile meeting rooms both have large HDMI linked screens, free Wifi and coffee/water facilities. They can be booked through reception from only £15 per hour or £90 per day. We can even arrange a business lunch!
The Wincombe Broadband service is as add on srevice of just £7 per week and is powered by a dedicated leased line with synchronous 400mbs download and upload speeds. We can also provide you with a VOiP service with inclusive calls for just £20 per month.
When you occupy a non-domestic property in the UK, you are expected to pay rates, however, you may be eligible to claim Small Business Rates Relief ( currently at 100%). Our management team will help you with this.
With plenty of spaces in our large onsite car park, arriving at work for the day is relaxed and easy. We have plenty of room for your clients and guests too so visiting the centre should be straightforward.
The centre has great security and all units are individually alarmed. Businesses are allocated key fobs for access and can come and go as they please 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A chance to work the way you want to work!
Wendy has been at the centre since the beginning in 2009. She has a vast amount of useful knowledge and first hand experience of the many trials, tribulations and triumphs you face when running a small business and she's always happy to help in any way she can.
Our co working space has DAY DESKS available to hire at just £20 + VAT per day. You'll find plenty of easy free parking, access to the communal kitchen facilities, fibre speed internet and reception services at your fingertips, all in a workspace condusive to simply getting work done.
As well as being the home of the famous Gold Hill, as featured in the classic Hovis advert, Shaftesbury is a bustling town with many thriving businesses, pubs, street cafe's and a mix of wonderfully unique stores alongside big high street names.
