Fit a massage into your working day?

Noelia from In Touch Massage (unit 35) is going to be carrying out 15 minute clothed NO HANDS® Massage treatments at the Fit Gillingham event taking place this Wednesday, 17^th of July at the Gillingham town meadow. See programme below. 

The funds collected will support Sue Ryder and The British Red Cross

The suggested donation for the 15min treatment is £5

There will also be a free raffle for the chance to win one of her £35 Massage treatments and a Massage novel (a great gift to yourself or for a loved one)
