The Wincombe Centre is a fully secure centre offering a variety of office space to businesses between 1 and 10 employees.
OWN SECURE UNIT WITH ACCESS 24/7
We have an access control in operation at all block entrances plus each unit is individually secure with card entry locks and a PIR alarm system installed.
FREE ON SITE CAR PARKING
The Centre has a large car park providing car parking for all tenants and their visitors. There is also a bicycle rack available for people who wish to cycle in.
RECEPTION
Reception is open between 9.30am – 2.30pm Monday – Friday.
On site management are on hand with help and advice during these hours and also provide a mobile phone contact for out of hours.
MEETING ROOM
A meeting room suitable for 6-10 delegates is available to hire at £10 per hour. Rates include FREE wireless internet access and refreshments. Licence holders are offered the meeting room at a 25% discount.

COMMUNAL KITCHENS AND PATIO AREA
Communal kitchens and toilet facilities are available in all blocks and on all floors with fridges, microwaves and a kettle.
Smokers are asked to use the rear patio area in Block 3 which is also enjoyed by many for a lunchtime change of scenery when the sun shines.
There is also a shower room available.
BUSINESS SIGNAGE
Signage is provided at three sites. Your company name on the main directory board, block entrance board and your unit door all help to promote your business and direct clients and visitors efficiently to your unit.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Trade waste bins and a recycling bin for paper and card are provided on site. We ask that our tenants empty their bins regularly into these bins and encourage everyone to recycle as much of their waste as possible. A Bin for recycled ink cartridges can also be found in the reception area.
