OFFICE SPACE NORTH DORSET
Once again, it’s been a busy couple of months around the centre. The warmest of welcomes to our most ‘virtual‘ businesses LSG Property Solution, Nexus Optimized, BH1 Airport Cars, JK Transport Solutions and to Franc who has joined in Unit 31 with his fascinating Taxidermy business. Don’t worry that clever stuff happens offsite! Belle Care Ltd who moved into the centre in October, moved from an office to a virtual office this month in a change of direction for their business, and interior designer Naomi Clarke moved out after finally finding a Dorset home to complete her move down from London.
All these moves leave us with Unit 25 (159 sq ft) and Unit 44 (115 sq ft) available to let. Take a look at our Rightmove listing for more information.

In January our fire appliances had their annual service and Anne and I learnt a new skill and set about replacing all of our soap dispensers. In February we had fun in the car park. You may have noticed our lovely new yellow lined loading bay and disabled spaces if you have visited the centre. We took the decision to make these changes so that the delivery vans that visit us daily don’t block the one-way system. Don’t worry, we haven’t lost any spaces as we also marked all of the spaces in the lower car park and gained a couple there.
We have more fun scheduled too. Spire Glass were at the centre in January to measure up for the next stage of our window replacement project. We have so far completed Upper and Lower Block 3 and Block 1 and on the week beginning 16th March this year we will do the rear elevation of Block 2 a total of 8 units (21 glazed units and a double door). We look forward to getting this done and then, all being well, the front and final section hopefully later in the year or early next spring.
And that’s all our news. We made it through the ‘dark months’ and are hopefully enjoying a more Spring feel to our days already. Let’s hope the March continues to bring the nicer weather and continued successes for us all.
