OFFICE SPACE NORTH DORSET
Another month has flown by at The Wincombe Centre, and our corridors have been buzzing with energy, inspiration and Christmas spirit. Here’s a look at what’s been happening during our final month of the year!
All year we run a tuck shop in reception full of chocolates, snacks and coffee, all for just £1. During 2025 we’ve been raising funds for Friends of Westminster Memorial Hospital. We managed to raise a fabulous £181.68 and received an incredibly generous donation of £127.20 from a long standing and retiring tenant which took our total to £308.88. Well done everyone! THANK YOU, the hospital will be very grateful for this, I’m sure. We’ll be raising cash for local charity BOOBS for 2026 so remember us when you get the munchies during the day or fancy a nice cup of coffee.
It was great to see so many Christmas jumpers, earrings, scarfs and shirts on Thursday 10th. It’s fun to feel part of a group and the many variations made interactions in the corridors even more fun than usual, so thank you to everyone who took part.
When just a few days before we break for Christmas…one of our boilers failed!!! THANK GOODNESS for Total Energy Services who saved the day on CHRISTMAS EVE. The elves worked hard and we finally get to close the doors until the New Year leaving the centre nice and warm for everyone who comes in to work over the Betwixmas Period.
Anne and I delivered Sherry and chocolates to all the businesses to wish them a Merry Christmas and to congratulate everyone for a successful and busy year at the centre. It’s been immense fun.
