    Unit 31 is a fabulous little unit of just 155 sq ft located on the first floor of Block 3. It is fully CAT5 cabled ready for your internal network and we can offer you affordable broadband and VOIP phone packages.

    £102.85 + VAT per week inclusive licence fee. Simple 2 page Licence Agreement  - easily set up and only two weeks notice to quit, up size, or down size.

Unit 31

Unit 31 is a fabulous compact and affordable space for your business. It is  155 sq ft – large enough for two or three desks or as creative space. Make it what you would like.

The weekly licence fee is £102.85 + VAT (with an additional £7 if you’d like to take our broadband service).  Licence fees are invoiced four weekly.

You will need to pay a deposit of £617.10 to secure the unit. This is fully refundable upon a satisfactory handover.

Licences are flexible allowing your business space to work with you. You only need give two weeks notice to end the licence or to upsize or downsize within the centre.
