The Wincombe Centre is a modern development offering high quality, managed business accommodation in Shaftesbury, North Dorset.

We specialise in providing smart, flexible space on easy in easy out terms; there are 35 units within the Centre suitable for office type occupancy and each available to rent on a simple weekly licence basis. Our 2 page licence agreement can be completed in minutes without the costly legal services associated with a traditional lease. All we ask is that a security deposit equal to five week’s VAT inclusive rent is lodged with us and that the four weekly licence fee is paid in advance. Signing up and moving in can be done in the same day! Occupiers are able to stay as long as they like but need only give two week’s notice to vacate. With a number of different sized units we can offer flexibility to accommodate expanding or contracting businesses with access available 24/7.

Units are let on an inclusive, affordable basis so that the four weekly payment covers light & heat, common parts cleaning & maintenance, insurance, use of communal kitchens and on site car parking.
